I'm back "home" in Folkestone (, well, Newington) for Christmas. The journey south was planned to intersect with Daf's journey west from Cambridge to Wales. We met in Coventry, which just happens to be where Dave lives. I finnaly got a chance to play with Gary's Mod (which is a Half-Life II mod); it is really, really, really, amazing. I'm actually considering buying HLII, just so I can install this, even though I don't have a PC that will run it.
Folkestone is rather dull. I was convinced to take the bloody coach rather than the motorcycle by my mother. Bloody coach. I hate the coach. I hate not having my bike here also. Pah. Also, we don't have the internet.
No Internet + No transport = No fun.
I would like to spend my days over in Lyminge fiddling about with my new acquisition: Mum's old 1978 MOD Series III 109" Land Rover. Cor! But I can't, for it is far away. Poo.
